Gemini Withdrawal

Gemini is a cryptocurrency exchange located in the United States.  They allow withdrawals of cryptocurrency and cash.  This guide covers making a Gemini withdrawal for both cryptocurrency and cash, so you can pull money to your bank account or send it to a personal cryptocurrency wallet.

Steps to make a Gemini Withdrawal

1. Go to the Gemini website and login

2. Go to the “Transfer Funds” tab and then hover over “Withdraw From Exchange

Now you have 4 options for making a Gemini withdrawal.  The options are USD (Bank Transfer), USD (Wire Transfer), BTC, and ETH.

 

USD (Bank Transfer)

1. Click on the “USD (Bank Transfer)” option

2. Choose your “Withdrawal Destination” (1), enter the “Withdrawal Amount” (2), and click “Review Withdrawal” (3)

3. Double check the details Gemini provides and click “Confirm

USD (Wire Transfer)

1. Click on the “USD (Wire Transfer)” option

2. Choose your “Withdrawal Destination” (1), enter the “Withdrawal Amount” (2), and click “Review Withdrawal” (3)

3. Double check the details Gemini provides and click “Confirm

Cryptocurrency

In this example I am making a Gemini withdrawal of BTC.  The steps are very similar for ETH and any other cryptocurrency they might add in the future though.

1. Click on the “BTC” option

2. Enter in the “Destination Address” (1), “Withdrawal Amount” (2), and click the “Review Withdrawal” button (3)

3. Fill in any security pop-up or verification they need to finish the cryptocurrency withdrawal (no pics of this)

 

Summary
